I ordered the 15 piece fried shrimp with onion rings. There were a couple more than 15. The food was served hot out of the fryer. Good food at a fair price
I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by this place. The salmon is well seasoned and absolutely delicious. The rice is cooked perfectly with just enough flavor to not overpower the main meat, but enough to taste. The fried catfish is done right, it's crispy on the outside and not dried out on the inside, piping hot and flakey. The okra is more crispy than slimy which is definitely preferred. I'll definitely be back.
My family and I live in Texas, but we've come to this spot twice this year for lunch on our trips because it's that good! The prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you get. I've had the shrimp and wings combo twice now and it's honestly my favorite lunch. I should have taken a pic before I gave most of my fries away
Ummmm .. why haven't I been here before? Good food...Good Meat....Good GOD let's eat! BIG Heinz ketchup bottles too! I love a good restaurant that serves HEINZ... nobody wants some generic ketchup people! My food was cooked perfectly. Yummy fried shrimp & fries dusted with some kind of deliousness... Whew I'm full. The Red Snapper is as good as the reviews said . Fresh tasty food and friendly service.They have a huge menu with all the seafood you could want and tons of Asian inspired dishes, I am pretty sure it is mostly vietnamese, my wife really enjoyed the Pho. We did get the garlic shrimp to go one time and by the time we got it home it was just so so. Basically I recommend eating in for best taste.
Sometimes it's best to ask a customer" how would you like your fish cooked? They don't ask,you have to tell them. How to prepare your food. I don't like soft fish, I like my fish fried hard, well done! It tasted like it was uncooked.
